THD Tax was founded on a simple idea: tax work is too important to be done over email. Documents get lost, signatures expire, and sensitive information ends up in the wrong inbox. A purpose-built portal and a small team of dedicated preparers solves both at once.

How we work

Every client has a named preparer and an account manager. The preparer does the technical work; the account manager makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Both of them are reachable through the portal — no general-inbox queues, no chatbots.

Why invite-only

We grow by referral and by reviewing invitation requests one at a time. That keeps caseloads sane during peak season, lets us match each new client to a preparer with the right experience, and means we can actually pick up the phone when something matters.

Credentials and licensing
